The challenge before us when we started
How do we make money which is as good as, if not better, than well
known management consulting firms in the country?
We knew if we followed the business model of existing management
consulting firms, we would grow only at similar rate or less. We
chose to build a decisive competitive advantage (being in a state
where the only factor, which limits our growth is our WISH to do more
projects) in the consulting space that, we think, is difficult to replicate.
We figured the best way to build it is to solve the significant problems
faced by clients in their dealing with management consultants.
