Kiran Kothekar - the founding Director of Vector Consulting Group - carries more than

18 years of industry experience. Also an active Director in Dr. Goldratt's group, Kiran

has been working closely with the inventor of TOC (Theory of Constraints) - Dr. Eli

Goldratt for the past 7 years. He has worked with Eli to develop the TOC solutions for

Sales and Marketing. Kiran is also actively involved with Dr. Goldratt in a new initiative,

called the 'TOC Insight.' This initiative will help IT consulting and services companies add

substantial business value to their customers by introducing TOC solutions in their IT

solutions landscape.

Companies in Tata Group, Godrej Group, and Trident Group are few

among the 20+ companies who have reaped the benefits of Kiran's expertise and

experience in TOC. A firm believer in sharing his experience and thought process with the

world, he actively writes and publishes his works in leading business media carriers.

Kiran left Crompton Greaves as the head of one of their plants, to start a

consulting career, with a reputed multinational firm for 5 years - before

starting Vector. His qualifications include a Mechanical Engineering

(College of Engineering, Pune) and PGDIM (NITIE, Mumbai). Reading

and Field Team Games are his treasured hobbies.

Satyashri Mohanty

Director, Vector Consulting Group

Satyashri Mohanty - a certified TOC expert and the founding Director of Vector

Consulting Group - specializes in Operations and Project Management. He has about

15 years of industry and consulting experience. Satyashri has introduced and

popularized TOC in Project domain of Indian industry, in various complex environments

- multi-project custom manufacturing; new plant construction; plant shutdown; and

new product development. Many of his clients have declared record breaking

success stories in the public domain.

A good orator, Satyashri regularly graces the stage of reputed management

institutes such as SP Jain School of Management, as a guest speaker. His

works feature in various business magazines and journals from time to time.

Satyashri found his passion in TOC early in his career, which

made him start a TOC practice in a reputed consulting firm. Few

years back, Satyashri along with 2 partners sharing the common

passion (TOC) , co-founded Vector Consulting Group. A qualified

Mechanical Engineer, Satyashri also holds an MBA degree. He

loves traveling and is a voracious reader.

Puneet Kulraj

Director, Vector Consulting Group

Puneet Kulraj - the founding Director of Vector Consulting Group,

has donned various roles - Sales; Marketing; Product Management; Project

Management; and Consulting - in a span of 18 years. As a certified TOC

expert, Puneet writes articles that are published in various business

journals; he is also on the faculty panel of SP Jain School of Management,

for the Executive MBA program for Practicing Managers.

Puneet's expertise and specialization within TOC lies in Sales and Distribution

domain. Having cut his teeth in FMCG segment in particular, Puneet has

through TOC, helped companies achieve a consistent sales growth of over 30%

- throughout the life-cycle, and beyond. Other industries that feature in

Puneet's portfolio are - Automotive parts; Auto lubricants; Consumer

durables; and more.

A Mechanical Engineer and MBA by qualification, Puneet

resides in Mumbai with his wife and daughter. He is a

movie buff and likes to listen to music.

Shailesh Ranjan

Shailesh Ranjan - a Director of Vector Consulting Group, is a

certified TOC expert in Operations and Distribution. Having been

a part of the industry for more than 16 years, Shailesh has

excelled in various roles in Operations, Sales, and Finance.

Shailesh has successfully deployed his expertise in various

companies - to achieve stunning results - more than 99% DDP; 50%

reduction in production lead time; and release of more than 30%

capacity - all this without additional investments. Fashion & Apparel

(Furniture, Textile, Shoes), Automotive components, and FMCG are

few of the many industry sectors that Shailesh has delivered TOC

solutions to.

Shailesh stays in Mumbai with his wife and son.

Apart from his hobby: Trekking, he loves to

Rajesh Inamdar

Director, Vector Consulting Group (South East Asia)

Prior to VCG, Rajesh has a total experience of more than 17 years in supply chain

consulting, IT strategy consulting and Program management for enterprise wide

ERP initiatives involving large conglomerates and multinational clients.

Rajesh is currently involved in building the VCG practice and brand

in Indonesia and Singapore. He has been involved in deploying TOC

distribution solution for large distribution Companies in S.E Asia

Rajesh started his career working extensively for discrete manufacturing

companies, involved in design, production and vendor development. Later he

joined PwC for their Process improvement practice and SAP implementation.

Having spent 5 fruitful years in PwC, Rajesh joined an IT startup

company to assist them in growing their business in South East Asia.

In his quest to deliver more and give more benefits to the client, Rajesh came

across VCG and involved them in some of his projects. This association led Rajesh

to make another significant move in his career which was to join hands with

VCG to expand their operations beyond the shores of India.
