Kiran Kothekar
Kiran Kothekar , the founding Director of Vector Consulting Group , carries more than 21 years of industry and consulting experience, and 9 years in TOC consulting. Kiran has worked closely with the inventor of TOC (Theory of Constraints) , Dr. Eli Goldratt , for over 7 years. His work with Eli led to the development of the TOC solutions for Sales and Marketing.
Companies in Tata Group, Godrej Group, Bajaj Electricals Group, Cummins Group are few among the 30+ companies who have reaped the benefits of Kiran's expertise and experience in TOC. A firm believer in sharing his experience and thought process with the world, he actively writes and publishes his works in leading business media carriers.
Kiran left Crompton Greaves as the head of one of their plants, to start a consulting career, with a reputed multinational firm for 5 years, before starting Vector. His qualifications include Mechanical Engineering and MBA
