Vector Consulting Group With Godrej Security Solutions Wins the Global Award for Management Consulting

Vector Consulting Group, the largest and fastest growing management consulting firm in the space of theory of constraints in India, was announced the winner in the supply chain category with Godrej Security Solutions in the glittering awards function held at New York City. The award was given by the Association of Management Consulting Firms (AMCF), the premier international association of management consulting companies. The AMCF Spotlight Awards in the category of supply chain is given to the best project across the world, that demonstrates significant value to the client organization and society at large. An independent panel of esteemed judges from industry and academics selected the winners. The other finalists in this category were EY for Bloomberg and KPMG for Ford Motors.

About the project

Godrej Securities, part of the USD 1.2 billion Godrej & Boyce Group, started implementation of Theory of Constraints processes with Vector Consulting Group, as their partner in their manufacturing plants and base of 50 suppliers. Two years of implementation lead to significant improvement of financial and operational parameters, besides creating a harmony in the entire supply chain.
