Insights are everywhere.
The right insight is rare
Most problems arrive pre-framed, and the answer feels obvious, until you meet stakeholders whose views aren't just different but contradictory. That's when you realise the harder question comes before the right answer: What's the real problem?
Join the ChallengeA four-hour workshop on campus, working on real cases from first principles, reconciling the viewpoints of multiple stakeholders until you arrive at a problem statement everyone recognises as the real one.
This workshop isn't about applying canned frameworks and checklists. It's about how to think in real-world situations, where the data you need may not exist and the people around the table disagree. It's about thinking clearly, surfacing hidden premises, and learning to both pull a problem apart and connect it to others. You'll work on real challenges, the kind that don't resolve neatly, and learn to sit with ambiguity long enough for the real problem to surface.
You'll understand what Einstein meant when he said,
If he had an hour to solve a problem, he'd spend fifty-five minutes thinking about the problem and five minutes thinking about solutions.
