Research Leadership -<ul><li>Independently manage the research process from hypothesis generation to data collection and analysis.</li><li>Lead the design and execution of primary/secondary research studies to validate hypotheses.</li><li>Work with third party research and other service providers to complete projects.</li><li>Develop and implement research methodologies and protocols.</li><li>Work closely with consultants, marketing team and other stakeholders to align research activities with organizational goals.</li></ul>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting -<ul><li>Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to derive meaningful conclusions.</li><li>Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and publications to communicate research findings.</li><li>Ensure the accuracy and integrity of research data.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul>

What’s on Offer:

Manager - Research

<ul><li>Conduct progress review meetings with client managers, the Site in-charge, and key contractors at the project site.</li><li>Guide &amp; demonstrate client teams through various review mechanisms, SOPs and process disciplines at the site.</li><li>Enforce process adherence and escalate deviations.</li><li>Regular monitoring and presenting progress using Microsoft Office tools and other proprietary project software.</li><li>Conduct buy-in sessions with middle management.</li><li>Manage and drive the project in the EPC domain (Project Management) to get the desired results. &nbsp;</li></ul>
