Responsibilities
- Monitoring operator, batch, and product movements in a pharma setup
- Conducting detailed data analysis
- Planning and managing key project activities on the critical path to ensure timely completion of pharmaceutical operations or improvement projects
- Identifying key bottlenecks in the process
- Ideating and brainstorming solutions to exploit current and emerging bottlenecks
- Ensuring adherence of critical activities
- Tracking KPIs through dashboards

Required experience and qualification
- UG- Engineering/ B.Pharm preferred
- MBA preferred, but not mandatory.
- Worked on Operational excellence/ process improvement projects for 1-3 years
- Worked in injectables (preferred/optional)
- Should have some understanding of production processes
- Local candidates- based out of Ahmedabad/ Matoda/ Rajoda/ based in Gujarat would be preferred
- Open to hands-on, on-ground work
- Flexible to work during non-standard or odd hours when required
