Project Management Consultant
Vector Consulting Group is an 18-year-old homegrown Indian management consulting company. We offer unique solutions to chronic ‘wicked’ problems across supply chain, operations, sales & distribution, R&D, NPD, retail operations, industrial CAPEX projects, and software development.
We have a strategic tie-up with TIS Inc., a US$4 billion Japanese company. Last year, we opened offices in Indonesia and the US, and currently, we have projects running in 10+ countries.
You will be enrolled in a rigorous training program followed by in-house certifications. In your first one or two assignments, you will work closely with a Lead Consultant. Later, based on your skill development, you will act as a Lead Consultant with the following responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Conduct progress review meetings with client managers, the Site in-charge, and key contractors at the project site.
• Guide & demonstrate client teams through various review mechanisms, SOPs and process disciplines at the site.
• Enforce process adherence and escalate deviations.
• Regular monitoring and presenting progress using Microsoft Office tools and other proprietary project software.
• Conduct buy-in sessions with middle management.
• Manage and drive the project in the EPC domain (Project Management) to get the desired results.

Required Experience:
• Civil & Mechanical Engineers with minimum 3-6 years of work experience in Construction, Engineering or Infrastructure industry; Steel, Cement, Petrochemical or other infrastructure projects.
• Candidate MUST have hands-on experience in site construction-related activities like civil, structural, piping, mechanical, and E&I-related works.
• Candidate should have preferably worked on-site in remote locations.
Qualification:
BTech/B.E.in Civil & Mechanical.
MTech in Civil & Mechanical from Premier colleges such as:
• IIT Madras/Delhi/Bombay/Roorkee/Kharagpur/Guwahati
• NIT Suratkal/Trichy
• NICMR Pune
• Any other Tier-1 MTech institute

Competitive salary as per the industry.
Job Location:
Job location will depend on the client location and will be Pan India. Candidate should be willing to relocate and work on-site.
