Website, SEO & Paid Media Manager

We are looking for a Website, SEO & Paid Media Manager to take ownership of our digital presence — driving visibility, engagement, and performance across our website and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will blend technical know-how with brand and marketing objectives to ensure that our website remains an effective hub for our content and brand storytelling.
This is a hands-on, high-accountability role where you will be the custodian of our website ecosystem — managing its structure, content, SEO health, and paid digital efforts across multiple platforms.
Role & Responsibilities:
Website Management:
- Own the overall website ecosystem — structure, functionality, and performance.
- Coordinate with external website vendors for development, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Ensure smooth user experience, consistent brand representation, and adherence to best UI/UX practices.
SEO & Content Optimization:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic, time spent and lower bounce rate.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and site audits.
- Guide internal teams on SEO-friendly content creation and other necessary forms of on-page/off-page content creation.
- Track and report on SEO performance using analytics and webmaster tools.
Paid Media Campaigns:
- Plan and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Google (Search & Display).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze impact of campaign in terms of objectives – traffic, website engagement, etc. and optimize spends for maximum impact.
- Ensure all campaigns align with brand and content marketing objectives.
Technical & Analytical Oversight:
- Provide technical guidance to vendors — particularly around HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, and Laravel frameworks.
- Ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented across the website.
- Leverage Google Analytics, Search Console, and other digital tools to track performance and recommend improvements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration (Optional).
- Work with internal marketing and content teams to plan publishing calendars and campaigns.
- Maintain brand tone, grammatical accuracy, and content consistency across all pages.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure digital efforts reflect strategic priorities.
Required Competencies:
- Website management (maintenance and project management for new development)
- Content deployment
- Proven track record in running successful LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and Twitter campaigns.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.
- Keeps abreast of new technologies in website design/development and maintenance and drives required change.
- Proficiency in English and a keen eye for grammar.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Required Experience:
- 5 - 10 years of experience managing websites, SEO & Paid Media preferably in a professional services or B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of website management and web technologies: HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, Laravel.
Qualification:
- Open to all streams.
- Must have formal education/certification on website development and maintenance.

Monday to Friday, work from office (Thane location).
