"We are augmenting our consulting team with Analysts who will work directly with our consultants on client sites solving for chronic client problems. When you join, you will be enrolled in a rigorous training program followed by in-house certifications. Post that, you will be deployed on projects as part of our consulting team".
 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose problems and unearth the root cause of issues.
  • Develop solution design along with subject area experts.
  • Conduct buy-in sessions with middle / lower management.
  • Eventually, manage, drive and lead a part of the project.
  • This role is not about reports and benchmarking. It is about getting real changes implemented on the ground.

Required Experience

1-2 years experience post B.Tech.
 

Qualification

  • B.Tech from IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi & IIT Madras.
  • Work experience in Operations, Distribution, Sales or ETO environments.

Competitive salary as per the market.

Mumbai / Delhi / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai.

Work Arrangement
