Business Consultant

You will be enrolled in a rigorous training program followed by in-house certifications. In your first one or two assignments, you will work closely with a Lead Consultant. Later, based on your skill development, you will act as a Lead Consultant with the following responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop solution design along with subject area experts.
- Conduct buy-in sessions with senior / middle management.
- Manage, drive and lead the project in a functional area (production, distribution, sales, or projects) for getting the desired results.

Required Experience:
- Engineer + MBA with total 3 - 5 years of experience.
- Experience of Operations / Distribution or Project Management in New Product development / ETO environments is preferred.
