HR Associate (On Contract)

Responsibilities
- Drive end to end recruitment process for IT and non-IT positions in the organization.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes with a focus on technical skill alignment and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and the HR team to understand role requirements, define hiring strategies, and deliver effective talent solutions.
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication through proactive follow-ups and regular status updates.
- Exhibit a strong bias for taking things to closure.
- Maintain a high standard of operational excellence.

Required Experience & Qualification
- UG in any stream, PG preferred.
- Relevant work experience 3 - 6 years.
