What’s the Talent & Culture Team in Vector trying to do?

Each team member would own a COE or a division as an HRBP. They will surface problems in these areas, solve for it and implement solutions in order to strengthen or scale our unique culture. Website Management<ul><li>Own the overall website ecosystem — structure, functionality, and performance.</li><li>Coordinate with external website vendors for development, maintenance, and upgrades.</li><li>Ensure smooth user experience, consistent brand representation, and adherence to best UI/UX practices.</li></ul>SEO &amp; Content Optimisation<ul><li>Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic, time spent and lower bounce rate.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and site audits.</li><li>Guide internal teams on SEO-friendly content creation and other necessary forms of on-page/off-page content creation.</li><li>Track and report on SEO performance using analytics and webmaster tools.</li></ul>Paid Media Campaigns<ul><li>Plan and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Google (Search &amp; Display).</li><li>Monitor campaign performance, analyse impact of campaign in terms of objectives – traffic, website engagement, etc, and optimise spends for maximum impact.</li><li>Ensure all campaigns align with brand and content marketing objectives. &nbsp;</li></ul>Technical &amp; Analytical Oversight<ul><li>Provide technical guidance to vendors — particularly around HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, and Laravel frameworks.</li><li>Ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented across the website.</li><li>Leverage Google Analytics, Search Console, and other digital tools to track performance and recommend improvements.</li></ul>Cross-functional Collaboration (Optional)<ul><li>Work with internal marketing and content teams to plan publishing calendars and campaigns.</li><li>Maintain brand tone, grammatical accuracy, and content consistency across all pages.</li><li>Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure digital efforts reflect strategic priorities.</li></ul>
