Vector Consulting Group is a 19-year-old homegrown Indian management consulting company. We offer unique solutions to chronic ‘wicked’ problems in areas of supply chain, operations, sales & distribution, R&D, NPD, retail operations, Industrial CAPEX projects, and software development.
We have a strategic tie-up with TIS Inc., a $4.00 Bn Japanese company. Last year, we opened offices in Indonesia and the US and currently we have projects running in 23 countries.
We are looking for a SEO and paid media specialist to take ownership of our digital presence — driving visibility, engagement, and performance across all key parameters of our website. The ideal candidate will blend technical know-how with brand and marketing objectives to ensure that our website remains an effective hub for our content and brand storytelling.
This is a hands-on, high-accountability role where you will be the custodian of our website ecosystem — managing its SEO and paid media efforts.
Role & Responsibilities:
SEO & Content Optimisation
Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to drive organic growth, increase search rankings, and optimize user journey metrics.
Execute comprehensive keyword research, technical/on-page/off-page optimization, and regular site audits.
Guide in-house teams to produce SEO-optimized content and advise on best practices for web copy, blogs, and multimedia.
Analyze data and report on SEO performance with actionable insights using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other webmaster tools.
Paid Media Campaigns
Design, launch, and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and Google (Search & Display).
Monitor performance, optimize budget allocation, and maximize ROI against clear KPIs—traffic, leads, and engagement.
Collaborate with content and brand teams to ensure paid media aligns with overall marketing goals and storytelling.
Stay ahead of emerging trends: AI-powered tools, programmatic advertising, and new media platforms, etc.
Ensure all campaigns align with brand and content marketing objectives.
Reporting & Insights
Prepare detailed reports on digital performance and present strategic recommendations to senior management.
Utilize advanced analytics platforms—Google Analytics, Data Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz—for campaign optimization.
Teamwork and Innovation
Mentor colleagues cross-functional projects with content, design, and sales teams.
Drive innovation by testing new digital marketing techniques and tools.
Required Competencies:
6–8 years of proven experience in SEO and paid media campaign management in B2B/professional services, especially content heavy sites.
Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
Strong communication skills with top-notch English grammar.
High attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and a self-driven attitude.
Experience with data-driven decision making, conversion rate optimization, and emerging marketing technologies is a plus.
