Shift Schedule
Shift Schedule: 5 days of work. Candidates must be willing to work in any assigned shift (Morning, Evening, Night, and General Shift considered 365 days rotational, including holidays)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our IT team as an Entry-Level Application Support Analyst. The role is ideal for fresh graduates interested in enterprise software, business process support, and hands-on learning in technologies like SQL, Excel, and IIS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for ERP and internal business applications.
- Conduct routine health checks of application services hosted on IIS.
- Analyze user queries and assist in issue resolution under senior team member’s guidance.
- Generate operational and performance reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Execute basic SQL queries to assist with data extraction and analysis.
- Assist in the documentation of support processes and troubleshooting steps
